Buyer acknowledges that Abound’s products are only used for RESEARCH and
DEVELOPMENT purpose in lab, and are not to be used for other purposes, including but not
limited to human or animal use, or a component in food, drug, cosmetics nor pepticide, and
should be used or handled only by or under direct supervision of “technically qualified
individuals” as defined in 40CRF710.2(a).
